FROM SERVICE TO CULINARY MASTERY
Straight out of high school, he answered the call to duty and proudly served alongside brave men and women in the military, both stateside and in Iraq. His dedication to service was unwavering, but he knew that another calling beckoned.
After his military service, he found himself in the world of the United States Postal Service, a job he enjoyed but knew something was missing. It was at this point that Chef Phill decided to embark on a life-altering career change. With a deep-rooted interest in cooking and an admiration for his father's established career in restaurant management, the transition to the world of culinary arts felt like a natural fit.
Chef Phill's culinary journey led him to the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts, where he honed his culinary skills. In 2011, he proudly obtained his certification in Culinary Arts, marking the beginning of his culinary adventure.
